found this old tripod website about how stereo audio is handled in your car, walkman, ipod (with attachment) and ect….

Its an old tripod website…that brings back memories. I am using this article as some reading material to eventually build my own Ipod Itrip. I am looking for a certain audio quality and I dont want to be able to tell if i am listening via the radio or if its a cd playing in my deck. Many of the fm transmitters you can get at your local Worst-Buy and Ripoff-City are very cheep and give awful audio quality. Worse yet they want like an average of 70 bucks! Kiss my big….well you get the point. I figure try an build one myself. The advantages are i save a lot of money and I can advance my knowledge of signals and systems professionally. I figure it would be a great project were i could actually learn something from that i could use later
